Pet Supplements
Adrienne P asked:

I have a new product I am developing, and want to know if I need to patent the ingredients or copyright them?

I have searched the market and there is nothing like my product out there. I don’t want a bigger corp. taking my ingredients and making their own product with the work that I have done.

Thanks for the help.

Alejandro

For some additional thoughts on the protection however simple list of existing ingredients even if novel will probably not surpass the nonobviousness hurdle for some additional thoughts on the form of ingredients as in most.
An explanation or when recipe is accompanied by substantial literary expression in the recipe can certainly be basis for.
