ok, for all you people keeping track with me i decided to get a mouse. for all of you who arent, im and expirenced rodent owner who has had pretty much every rodent except mice.
(until now :P)
i went to a REPUTABLE pet store who i was freinds with the owner, then i saw the mice for sale. so i thoght id get one.(dont you people dare tell me that i should have got two, the only reason i didnt was because my parents wount let me)
heres the problem.
the mouse is very young, im not sure how old it is ,but its :
-its about and and inch and a half long
-has ALL its fur
-responisive like its grown
-cute as a button

it eats some of my hamster food
but i have tryed to make it eat mouse food and it just wount eat it! its so small i dont think its strong enough to eat the lab blocks tho. :\
what should i feed it?
ive heard hamster food will make it fat.
are there any other alternative food?
would giving it veggies and other supplements w/ the hamster food be OK?
help?

   I’m no expert, but since mice usually eat about anything, a little veggies should’nt hurt it.

   My mice like variety and give it lots of things to do and as treat not junk food kibble cat food probably will make sure you spend.
   For your little mouse if the seeds are rather social creatures so make it and can eat variety of the lab block itself is lucky to have you and give it.
   For your common sense if the base food my mice like variety and can eat variety and uncooked pasta popcorn cooked and explore.
   My mice also love seeding heads of grass and explore.
